I've been to all three of the Alfa Romeo dealerships in the Chicago suburbs for service and this was by far the easiest visit. Kathryn was extremely accommodating, and unlike the other dealer's got me set up with a complimentary Lyft to and from the dealer. She also did not try to upsell me with spark plugs which I had thought I needed.
