It was my fist visit for service. Getting the appointment was easy and got one almost the next day. The associate was not wearing a mask and never tried to put one on although he was interacting with customers and coworkers. It looked to me that that was not the practice at the site. The car was not washed and never reached out to get one. I had to remind them that we had bought a plan for service. If I had forgotten I would have ended up paying $600, I would assume that would be in the car's profile.
Very straightforward and efficient new car buying experience. I have hopped around various dealerships either to shop around myself or accompany a relative who was shopping around and this dealership is among the better ones to work with that I have come across.
I took my vehicle for service and had to leave it for 2 days. There were no loaner vehicles available and was told that the dealership had a contract with Enterprise rental and I could get a vehicle from there. I got a rental from Enterprise and they asked for my credit card. Enterprise then instructed me to return the rental to Joe Rizza dealership when my vehicle was ready. Once the service was complete on my vehicle 2 days later, I returned the rental to Joe Rizza. A month later, I received my credit card bill with a charge of $1507.00 from ...
Very friendly, very patient people. They introduced me to alpha Romeo in silver, I loved the drive I loved the interior but I didn’t like the silver, but they did get the one I wanted and called me when it came in. They are very honest , and they get down to business. Jim said that once I become an alpha Romeo owner that I would be part of their family. I don’t doubt it. I feel comfortable that they will be there for me when I need them.
